Pheasant Country Golf Course | South Heart, North Dakota

Pheasant Country Golf Course is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Golf Course Equipment Manager / Mechanic to oversee the maintenance, repair, and performance of our turf equipment fleet. This is a full-time, year-round position reporting directly to the Golf Course Superintendent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing golf course maintenance equipment, including reel and rotary mowing units, utility vehicles, and light/heavy equipment. Duties include reel grinding and sharpening, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting, engine repair, preventative maintenance programs, accurate record keeping, and maintaining a safe, organized shop environment. The position also involves training staff on proper equipment use and assisting with golf course maintenance tasks as needed.

Pheasant Country recently completed a full course renovation and operates a primarily Toro equipment fleet, including a Toro Lynx computerized irrigation system. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who takes pride in equipment reliability, organization, and teamwork.
