Pheasant Acres Golf Club is adding another Assistant Superintendent to our staff.  We are looking to add a detail oriented and motivated individual looking to advance their career.  Pheasant acres is an extremely busy golf course and this individual will need to be able to think on their feet and react to ever changing situations.  Pheasant Acres is a privately owned public 18-hole golf club located in the growing community of Rogers, MN.

Responsibilities:

Assist in responsibilities pertaining to golf course operation

Manage renovation projects

Train staff in proper operation and safety procedures

Represent the maintenance department in a professional manner

Calibration, application, and record keeping of fertilizers and pesticides

Irrigation maintenance, repair, and installation

Assist with equipment repairs

Weekend shifts on a rotation

Qualifications:

Experience in Turfgrass or Landscape Management

Possession of or the ability to obtain a Minnesota Pesticide Applicators License

Applicant should be motivated, have attention to detail, and be organized

This is a year-round position with reduced hours in the off-season 

Hourly wage $24.00-26.00 depending on experience, plus overtime after 40 hours/week
